Bayport Plaza is dedicated to maintaining a sustainable building and encourages all tenants to implement a sustainable office program.
Since 2012 Bayport Plaza has completed several projects designed reduce energy and water usage. These projects include:
As a result of these efforts, Bayport Plaza is proud to be Energy Star certified since 2013.

- Occupancy sensors in all restrooms and janitor closets
- Low flow flush valves in all toilets and urinals
- Replacing incandescent bulbs with LEDs
- Elevator equipment modernization
- Installed magnetic, centrifugal chillers for HVAC system
- Installed solar window film on all west facing windows
- Implemented a green cleaning program
- Adopted a building recycling program
As a result of these efforts, Bayport Plaza is proud to be Energy Star certified since 2013.
